-Schulhaus Europa successfully concluded numerous Erasmus+ projects, as well as projects financed by AMIF (Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund).

-Key Action 1: Learning mobility of individuals

Schulhaus Europa cooperates as intermediary organisation with Italian, French and Spanish high schools. Since 2017 Leipzig has hosted more than 300 students coming from professional, technical high schools and “licei linguistici” (foreign language high schools). The students did an internship in companies situated in the city for periods from one to six months. The tasks of our organisation are to search for traineeships and accomodations and to assist the participants during their stay.

-Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) (2014–2020)

AMIF supports actions at a European and national level that promote the integration of third-country citizens with different economic, social, cultural, religious, linguistic and ethnic backgrounds into society. First and foremost, it is about supporting newly arrived third-country citizens. EU Member States and civil society organisations will be supported in the expansion of their capacities, as well as in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of integration strategies, policies and measures. In addition to the improvement of equal opportunities for third-country citizens in the areas of education, work and social participation, the measures shall also serve to establish a culture of welcome and recognition.

-The projects  financed by AMIF (Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund) aim at “contributing to the effective management of migration flows and to the implementation, strengthening and development of a common asylum policy, subsidiary protection, temporary protection and a common migration policy, with full respect for the rights and principles recognised by the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union”.

Objectives: In Tuscany are various communities of migrants coming from the most different countries: Romania, Egypt, Albania, Morocco, Senegal, Peru. To make sure that there can be developed the appropriate policies and services for the protection of the most vulnerable categories of the foreigners, we intend to promote the comparison between the existing policies and practices in 3 Member States involved for the purpose of the transfer and the capitalization of the best practices. The project S.E.T.U.P.  intends to answer to the emerging needs to identify and experiment the initiatives and services that can make better the social and relationship life of people living in the territory.
